Tonight's the final night of the "26th Annual Winter Nationals" at East Bay Speedway sanctioned by the Renegade DirtCar Series. Over 80 drivers from 19 Different states attempted to qualify for the 3-day's events. Tonight Chub qualified 25th and that put him in the 1st heat race in which he finished 5th. This put him into the first of 3 b-mains, Chub won that race rather easily. Which started him in the  "26th Annual Winter Nationals 100". in the 18th position, Chub finished all 100 laps and recorded an 11th place finish.   After East Bay the 2002 Renegade DirtCar Championship points are as follows.
