“Double Features At Raceway 7”

 May 31, 2002- Bear Lake, Pa 

Today Chub & the 1* Corry Rubber Corporation, Corry Laser Technology, Nystrom’s Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Paul & Pudge Pierotti Motorsports, Weld Racing, Woodward Steering, Chevrolet Monte Carlo team, went back to Ron Nielson’s Raceway 7 the 7/16 mile clay oval located in Conneaut, OH in Ashtabula County tonight for the make up race from May 17^th.  Chub started 4^th and drove to 3^rd for the first feature tonight with Matt Urban taking the win and Rob Blair was second.

  Then Raceway 7 started an all-new program and Chub drove his heart out to finish 11^th for tonight. Raceway 7 has some of the toughest competition and I would say that most of them can win anywhere in the country. The locals run a different brand of tires here and Chub can’t and won’t run them as he has Hoosier Tire for a sponsor, and Chub believes in loyalty to his sponsors, so win or lose he stands by his sponsors. He also uses Raceway 7 for testing different things on his cars to give him an edge on the Renegade Series.
