Tonight The Renegade DirtCar Racing Series made their first 2002 racing season appearance at "The Rock"- Allegheny Co. Chub unloaded a brand new Corry Rubber Corporation, Corry Laser Technology, Nystrom's Auto Sales, Rocket Chassis, Carrera Shocks, Farr Motorsports and Paul & Pudge Pierotti Motorsports car for this weekend event tonight at "The Rock" where he drew a 51 qualifying position and posted 18th quick time which put him in the 2nd heat where he finished 4th so he started 16th in the feature event. Chub immediately started his move toward the front while going thru traffic Chub got into the wall and said all he could see was stars and it almost flipped over but he was able to get the car back under control and on the 36th lap while running 5th the left rear tire went flat and blew apart relegating him to a 19th place finish.
