| After racing every where but in his home state of Pennsylvania, Chub and the “Dirty Dozen” The World of Outlaws Late Model Series made their first of two appearances of the 2004 race season at Lernerville Speedway for Friday nights feature, some of the best drivers in the country were competing for their share of the more than $40,000 purse. The event featured 50-lap $10,000 to win main event. |

| Chub qualified his Corry Rubber, Allstar Performance, Nystrom's Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Pierotti Motorsports, Slavic Racing Shirts, Farr MotorSports, Chevrolet Monte Carlo 1* in 6th out of over 65 drivers that were entered for the Friday nights feature, that put him in the 6th heat race of six heat races. In the dash Chub was leading the dash when Donnie Moran passed Chub for the lead then Chub drove right back by him and won the second dash race, Brian Birkhofer won the first dash. For the 50 lap feature event Brian Birkhofer and Chub started on the front row with Scott Bloomquist and Donnie Moran in the second row right behind them. Birkhoffer took the early lead and held on till 10 to go when Dale McDowell took the lead putting Birkhofer in second with Chub in third with 5 laps to go Chub dove under Birkhofer and McDowell in turn 1 and 2 and made the pass in turn three and coming out of four and took the lead and went on to score his first ever World Of Outlaw feature event. | "I can't believe we're here," Chub said. I didn't think we would get here because of all the stuff that was going on, "a fire leveled Chub's race shop. His mother, Janet, fell ill and without the help of his cousin Rick Briggs, Chub said that the team would probably be nowhere near competitive. |

| "The cards and e-mails and all the fan support has been amazing. I never thought we would be back in victory lane this quick. But I guess we should win now. In the long run is where the loss will hurt us. We won't be able to keep up the maintenance. |

| In 10 events of WoO Late Model Racing, there has only been two repeat winners., Bart Hartman and Dale McDowell have each won twice, Chub Frank, Shannon Babb, Scott Bloomquist, Billy Moyer Jr., Steve Francis and Brian Birkhofer have all visited victory lane. |

Next Up For Chub Frank Racing will be tomorrow Saturday April 24th ,Chub and the rest of the Dirty Dozen will travel to Hagerstown, MD. for the Stanley Schetrompf Memorial and will kick off the inaugural visit of the World of Outlaws Late Models Series. |
