Chub & the 1* Corry Rubber, Corry Laser, Nystrom’s Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Pierotti Motorsports, Farr MotorSports, Chevrolet Monte Carlo team, went back to Ron Nielson’s Raceway 7  7/16 mile clay oval located in Conneaut, OH in Ashtabula County tonight for the Roberts Trucking Night, $2502 to win for the Super Late Models. Chub and the crew use Raceway 7 for testing and trying out new ideas on the 1* when there isn’t a Renegade DirtCar Series points race scheduled on a Friday night. Tonight Boom and Chub unloaded the test car at Conneaut with some different suspension and setups on the car to compete with 38 cars that were on hand. Chub won the 1^st heat race and started the 25 lap Maloney Tool and Mold Late Model feature in 11^th position and worked his way to 4^th before the checkered flag waved. The top 10 were 1^st Dick Barton 2^nd Jim Dandy, Jr 3rd Rob Blair 4^th Chub Frank 5^th Rick Briggs 6^th Bruce Hordusky 7^th Greg Fenno 8^th Jay Watson 9^th Rich Gardner 10^th Dan Armbruster.
