BEAR LAKE, PA – Chub and the 1* team left Bear Lake at around 2:00 PM
Thursday for the Lester Buildings Charleston, ILL, plant when they had to
turn back for the first time and return to the shop as the transporter
kept shutting off. So Chub and crew worked on the transporter until 8:00
PM and headed out once again. Then at 11:15 PM Chub had to turn the
transporter back around for the second time after working on it again and
only getting 72 miles from the shop in just a little over 3 hours. Chub and the entire team regret that they will have to cancel the scheduled appearance at this time and try to reschedule it at a later date. “I was really looking forward to going there and see the plant and meet some of the employees that built my Lester Buildings race shop”. |
