Chubzilla Hard Charges In Missouri

Bear Lake, PA --- Chub Frank of Bear Lake, PA headed to the state of Missouri for a first time ever appearance at Bolivar Speedway USA in Bolivar, Missouri for the $10,000 to win ‘Bank of Bolivar 50’ at the high-banked 3/8ths mile clay oval. The race was sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Late Model Series. Chubzilla is competing this season in his Lester Buildings, Corry Rubber, All Star Performance, Corry Laser, Slavic Corporation, Farr MotorSports, Lake Shore Paving, Custom Race Engines, Rocket Chassis #1*.

Chubzilla worked his way into second after starting 15th. Struggling in time trials and preliminary races Chubzilla said he just missed the set-up on the car but was pretty much right on the mark for the main event despite falling on position short of the win.

Chubzilla is now at West Plains Motor Speedway working on the car and getting ready for this weekend’s Show Me 100 ‘crown jewel’ event.

The World of Outlaws Late Model Series will travel to the upper Midwest for three $10,000 to win events in three nights. River Cities Speedway in Grand Forks, North Dakota presents ‘The 7 Clans 50’ Tuesday, May 30 followed by the ‘North Central 50’ at North Central Speedway in Brainerd, Minnesota scheduled for Wednesday, May 31 before wrapping up Thursday, June 1 at Deer Creek Speedway in Spring Valley, Minnesota for the ‘27th Featherlite Trailers Gopher 50’.

Also, Chubzilla has announced that his all new line of 2006 merchandise in Lester Buildings colors is now available on his website on the merchandise page. The new ‘Chubzilla’ merchandise is produced by Ron Slavic and Slavic Custom Shirts & Decals, the official merchandise provider of Chub Frank Racing.
