Chub Frank recently completed an extended Midwest tour with the World Of
Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series that saw the popular driver compete
on a variety of tracks in several states in addition to coping with
inclement weather. Chub Frank competed the past week in his Lester
Building Products, Corry Rubber, All Star Performance, Corry Laser, Slavic
Corporation, Farr MotorSports, Rocket Chassis Monte Carlo #1.
Chubzilla and team rolled into Farley Speedway for the Farley 50 on June
2. Qualifying 23rd Chubzilla finished third in his heat race with a tenth
place finish in the final rundown of the Farley 50.
The next evening officials of Eagle Raceway and the World Of Outlaws
Stacker 2® Late Model Series were forced to cancel the $10,000 to win
“High Bank Heist 60” scheduled for Friday, June 3rd at the high-banked
1/3rd mile oval after heavy early morning rains saturated the racing
surface and speedway grounds. With return of heavy rain forecasted
officials were left with no choice but to cancel the event. The event will
not be rescheduled.
Persistent rain has forced Dakota State Fair Speedway promoter Orville
Chenoweth and World Of Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series officials to
postpone the $10,000 to win “Challenge Cup 50” scheduled for Saturday,
June 4th. The event was rescheduled for the following evening where
Chubzilla timed in 13th fastest and scored a fourth in the first heat.
Experiencing mechanical problems during the main event, Chub had to settle
for a 13th place finish in the “Challenge Cup 50”.
On Monday June 6 the World Of Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series
headlined the 26th Annual Gopher 50 Monday at Deer Creek Speedway in
Spring Valley, MN. During qualifying Chub placed 21st fastest with a third
place finish in the first heat and when the checkers dropped on the 26th
Annual Gopher 50 Chub had a ninth place finish.
In current World Of Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series national
championship points Chubzilla resides in seventh place with 1, 458
markers.
This weekend Chub Frank returns to the legendary Eldora Speedway for the
famed THE DREAM race where a $100,000 winner’s payday awaits. The last
time Chubzilla visited Eldora Speedway was last September where he won the
granddaddy of all dirt Late Model races, the famed WORLD 100.
Slavic Racing Shirts will have their Chubzilla souvenir trailer on
location at Eldora Speedway chock full of all new Chub Frank merchandise
in addition to other merchandise of popular drivers.

to fans for the first time at THE DREAM at Eldora Speedway,” commented Ron

apparel trailer during THE DREAM weekend which starts Wednesday June 8 and

Throughout the weekend Chub Frank will all be at the Slavic souvenir
trailer at various times meeting and greeting the fans and signing
autographs.
