| Charlotte, NC --- Chub Frank,
known nationwide as ‘Chubzilla’, will be a special guest with a live
appearance on Dave Despain’s renowned WIND TUNNEL television program on
Sunday evening September 4. Chubzilla will appear live from the Stacker 2
World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioned Bossard GM Store Todd
Donovan Memorial 50 at Tri City Speedway in Franklin, PA. WIND TUNNEL airs
at 9:00 PM EST. Chub Frank is a nationally known dirt Late Model star who
competes on the Stacker 2 World of Outlaws Late Model Series. Frank drives
the Lester Buildings, Corry Rubber, All Star Performance, Corry Laser,
Slavic Corporation, Farr MotorSports, Custom Race Engines, Rocket Chassis
#1*. Dave Despain spent 10 years in American Motorcyclist Association public relations and publishing with his first television appearance coming on ABC Wide World of Sports as an analyst for Daytona 200 motorcycle race. Despain also spent five years as CBS pit reporter and motorcycle analyst and eight years with ESPN as motorcycle host and host of top-rated NASCAR Today before moving to SPEED. Despain’s WIND TUNNEL is one of motorsports’ most popular auto racing television programs. With Chubzilla in competition that night at Tri City Speedway SPEED producers will send a satellite production truck to conduct the live interview at the track. The program will air at 9:00 PM EST on Sunday evening September 4 and will rebroadcast at 3:00 AM EST Sunday morning September 5. Tri-City Speedway is hosting the Stacker 2 World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioned $10,000 To Win Bossard GM Store Todd Donovan Memorial 50 on Sunday September 4 for the series’ inaugural appearance. Tri-City Speedway is located 7.1 miles north of U.S. Route 322 on State Route 417, then 0.2 miles east. Pit gates and Spectator gates open at 3:00p.m., Warm-Ups at 5:15p.m., Time Trials at 6:00p.m. Racing to follow. That Labor Day weekend the World of Outlaws Stacker 2® Late Model Series makes first time ever visits to Western Kentucky Speedway in Madisonville, KY Friday, August 26th before traveling to Twin Cities Raceway Park In North Vernon, IN Friday, September 2nd and to Tri-City Speedway in Franklin, PA Sunday, September 4th.
