Chub Hit’s a UMP Summer Nationals Race

 June 16^th, 2002- Bear Lake, Pa

 Chub and the 1* Corry Rubber, Corry Laser, Nystrom’s Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Pierotti Motorsports, Farr MotorSports, Chevrolet Monte Carlo team headed for Vermilion County Speedway in Danville, Ill. Sunday for a UMP Summer Nationals race paying $10,000 to win for 40 laps. Over 56 drivers entered for tonight’s event Chub finished 2^nd in the 3^rd heat to Roger Long they took 3 to the A-main and the rest go to the B-mains so Chub started 13^th in the feature event and worked his way up to 9^th and finished in that position the finish was 1^st Wendell Wallace, 2^nd Rick Aukland, 3^rd Billy Drake, 4^th Steve Hillard, 5^th Billy Moyer, 6^th Shannon Babb, 7^th Dan Schlieper, 8^th Don O'Neal, 9^th Chub Frank, 10^th Bob Pierce. Now it’s on to Davenport Iowa for The UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series race paying  $10,000 to win on Tuesday night.

Next up for Chub will be on Tuesday at Davenport Iowa for UDTRA Pro DirtCar Series.

Then Wednesday at LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Ill.
