 Today they traveled down I-80 to LaSalle Speedway promoted by the Izzo family in La Salle, Ill. for the inaugural appearance of The Renegade DirtCar Racing Series at their high-banked 1/4 mile on Wednesday, a $42,000 purse has been posted by the Izzo family for tonight’s winner of the "Jeff's Engine Masters 50" Visit the LaSalle Speedway website located at http://www.lasallespeedway.com/ Over 45 drivers signed in here for tonight’s event and Chub qualified 15^th , he went on to win the 3^rd heat race over Davey Johnson second and Rick Eckert third. Chub started the 1* Corry Rubber, Corry Laser, Nystrom’s Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Pierotti Motorsports, Farr MotorSports, Chevrolet Monte Carlo in the ninth position and fought a really bad handling race car but still managed to finish in 4^th in tonight’s event, it was all driver that brought this car home with such good finish.

 Big Bob Roosa & Perry Hintz of HI-Performance Racing Cards made the 2½ -hour drive with rain in the forecast to see Chub race at LaSalle Speedway. It was really good to get to meet both Perry and Bob they got to see a great race while they were here, they also got the chance to meet some of the other Renegade drivers and the officials from The Renegade DirtCar Series while at LaSalle Speedway.
