Lake Speedway More Rain

heavy rains all night and flash flood warnings forced the owners of Cedar
Lake Speedway in New Richmond, WI to cancel the Renegade DirtCar Racing
Series sanctioned $15,000 to win "Phillips 66 Shoot-Out 75". The
inclement weather, which started in the early morning hours, dropped up to
6 inches of rain in some areas and closed the Minneapolis Saint Paul
airport for over 3 hours on Thursday, with the forecast calling for the
heavy rain and thunderstorms to continue throughout the evening Cedar Lake
Speedway officials and The Renegade DirtCar Series officials agreed to
cancel the event. The $65,000 purse event will not be rescheduled. For Stop
