Cedar Lake Speedway The “Masters 75”   

June 19^th, 2002- Bear Lake, Pa

 Tonight’s The 4th Annual Masters 75 at Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, WI. sanctioned by the UDTRA Pro Dirtcar Series. Visit the Cedar Lake Speedway website located at www.cedarlakespeedway.com/ Over 56 drivers registered for the event with Chub and the Corry Rubber, Corry Laser, Nystrom’s Auto Sales, Draime Racing Engines, Rocket Chassis, Pierotti Motorsports, Farr MotorSports, Chevrolet Monte Carlo qualifying 24^th and that put him in the 6^th  heat in which he finished 3^rd behind Dale McDowell who won and Jimmy Mars in second. Chub would now start in the 18^th starting position and after 10 laps he was running 10^th , then on lap 21 Chub and Donnie Moran got together and Moran suffered a flat left rear tire and Chub bent the front bumper up, then on lap 48 a caution flag flew for Chub who spun out in turn 4 and Chub made his way to the pits to get the front end repaired and rejoined the field in 17^th on lap 61 a caution flew for debris and Chub came in for more repairs and rejoined the race once again in 15^th position Chub then battled his way to a 7^th place finish.
